The audited facility is located in Xianju County, Taizhou, Zhejiang and specializes in crafts. Its main processes include assembly, inspection and packing. The audit covered social management, worker protection, freedom of association, non-discrimination, remuneration, working hours, occupational health and safety, child and young worker protection, employment practices, forced-labour prevention, environmental protection and ethical business conduct.

The facility achieved A ratings in freedom of association and collective bargaining, non-discrimination and harassment prevention, no child labour, protection of young workers, no precarious employment, no forced labour or human trafficking, occupational health and safety, and ethical business behaviour. Worker involvement, fair remuneration and environmental protection received B ratings. Identified improvement items are being followed through corrective-action management.

The facility maintains fire extinguishers, hydrants, alarms, emergency lighting, evacuation signage and plans, drinking water, attendance controls and first-aid supplies. Fire drills are conducted twice a year. The monitoring documentation and facility photo report provide traceable evidence of the audited site and its operating conditions.
